Default 2014 reak speaker install

Installed 3 rd row seating in my wife's 4 door unlimited so I had to remove the sub. Installed it in my 2013 2 dr and it plugged right in but doesn't work. Wth???

You need the amp as well.

Under the dash, of the drivers side. I have never tried to take mine out.

If I took this amp out of my wife's jeep would it affect her other speakers or is this one amp solely for the rear?

That, I couldn't answer. See if you can get to it first, then, I would pull the harness and see what happens.

. If your Jeep didn't come with the amp, then it's not pre-wired for the amp and sub. Some of the wires are there but the harness inside the dash is not there. You cannot buy the wiring harness from the dealer.

Way to poach your wife's Jeep. She must be one of those "Turn it Down!" Wives.
