Default Alarm Help! Can't disarm

I, so ill keep it short and bullet point for convenience guys:
- 2010 jkusahara

- Today, 5 feet from jeep, pushed unlock on key fob and alarm went off?? Wierd i know. Just in case it was panic i hit i held panic down, nothing.

- Let alarm run its course because key fob seemingly doesnt work. I changed the battery later today. Still doesnt work, none of the buttons do anything.

- Opened door with key, alarm went off. Key in ignotion, turned.. Nothing

- oddly, 1.5 days ago i was turning into my parking lot and the esp and abs lights came on with a chime. Nothing noticeable happened with the jeep. I parked and turned it off, took key out and put it back in and turned it back on. No more lights on dash. Started like normal.

- I upgraded stereo/hu/speakers/amp 4 months ago with no issues at all.

- I've not done anything electrical except for the stereo upgrade. Although I have had a flashpaq for 2 years, but no issues there.

- the key fob hasnt been damaged or shocked or had moisture damage. Also a fresh battery now.

- Jeep is sitting, battery disconnected waiting fore to figure out what to do next. Really don't wish to tow to a dealer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Check ground connections and battery connections. Have the battery tested also. Could also be a TIPM issue.

Haven't been able to check grounds yet. But just want to bump to see if there's anyone out there that have experienced the same thing and if/what they ended doing about it.

So in case someone encounters then same situation. I had the keyfob tested and it was dead. Cost me $300. I almost had to tow jeep to dealer too, luckily the tow driver jumped it somehow and bypassed the alarm. Id love to know how he did this.
