Developed specifically for 2011 and up Wranglers, Alpine is now offering 9-inch restyle dash systems for the Jeep.

I like it but not at a STEEP 3k.

Agree. I've had it a few weeks and still not convinced it's worth the $$$$$. I upgrade to this for easy front/rear camera access and smoother integration with my headrest monitors for the kiddos. That being said.... Just came back from 2K mile Utah trip and worked like a $3k charm.

What monitors do you have for the headrest? And does it limit the rear speakers like the factory radio does?

I have Myron Davis monitors and does not limit rear speakers

Also, love the large screen for Movies playback and during split screen mode. HDMI input pretty damn nice option too

I'm holding out for a 14" touchscreen. At this rate is should cost $5-6k

Just Installed this weekend.. I debated for a while based on the $$$.. but in the end, bit the bullet... Alpine did a great job on the restyle.. looks OEM

Does it hold up to the elements with the top off like stock radios also? That would be a big concern for something overpriced.
