Did you call JCR directly or inspired engineering ?

The last call I made was to JCR. I have called both places twice. Apparently JCR was having issues with powder coating. I called them Monday or Tuesday of this week and I was told that they just got a few pallets of stuff from the powder coater and would be shipping them out chronologically. I made my order I think about 4 weeks ago. I have had the lights for a while, just waiting on the bracket.

Same here, just waiting on brackets to come in. I was told the same thing about the powder coating issues and thats why it was a little behind. Ill try calling them and see if mine is one of those shipping out tomorrow.

I ordered mine on feb 19th and I'm still waiting. I got in touch with them last week and was told they were having issues with the powder coater. I hope they resolve it soon.

Yeah, I was told mine is still waiting for powder coating. Would of been nice to have for my trip that we just got done with this past weekend.

Well I got my brackets today and one of them has two scratches, one of which is showing more steel than the other. I was surprised how they were packaged. They weren't bubble wrapped, they were simply criss crossed on top of each other with 2 thin pieces of foam material between them. The scratches are where they were contacting each other. I'm going to try to get bare steel brackets sent and return these. I will just paint them myself, makes future touch ups easier and less noticeable.

Dang, that sucks. I sure hope mine don't come like that after waiting this damm long.
