Blue blob inside jy new KC Hilite led 42321

I just picked up my new KC Hilites 7" LED HEADLIGHT SET - DOT STREET LEGAL - KC #42321 Will install tomorrow but unfortunately one of the headlights has this blue blob inside the lens Also, the other headlight has a scratch on the lens !! You can feel it so it's deep enough. Not sure where the quality control is :( Didn't even come with instructions weirdly enough?? That part is ok though cuz I'll just look at YouTube. Pretty easy to install. I live in Vancouver BC Canada & picked these up in the US (through Amazon) Guess I can live with that scratch but that darn blue stuff bugs me. Not even sure if you can take the lens off on these as I don't want to void my warranty. There are 4 screws on the back of the headlamp. Probably can take it off and get that blue stuff.
