Reference video as directed by my comments above.
Note: One may need to turn down the volume before viewing.. unless country music is your thing.

Do you use gimbals or gyro?
To the OP:
Check the video from 0:50, and from 3:30... -- those were thin, soft branches...

Definitely not a $60 piece and a little sketchy that the first post for the OP was for this mount but who am I?
On that note, I'm sure fabbing some aluminum angle to the side for about $4 would do the same trick. I'll be looking into it since I did lose my GoPro on the trails this past weekend. Luckily I found it on foot going back through. I was at a point in my day where I was about to chalk it up as a loss.

I run the suction cup mount on the outside on the upper portion of windshield, its never budged when hit by branches. Make sure the spot you are going to mount it is clean and the suction cup is also clean before you mate them together. For the best videos, always place the camera somewhere outside of the jeep. Inside works but you get glare or sometimes dirt on the windshield showing up in the video.

Which gimbals/gyro do you use?
Would you please post a picture of how it is attached?

OK... Thanks.
I didn't know that the iPhone can correct THAT much movement...
In most videos, a GoPro is hard-attached to the Jeep, so the Jeep stays still and the trail is constantly swaying.
This video showed me a better way, so I'm now looking for gumballs/gyro between the ProGo and the attachment to the Jeep.
Has anyone done it? Please share.
