Help! Nav & ac problems in 2014 jkur
Okay, so this problem seems to be random and occurs while driving, on every drive, at least once, if I hit a bump in the road just right...
The NAV will go black and reboot and the AC cuts out. The AC will come on if I turn the switch to off, then back to auto, or to a blower fan speed. The dealership can not figure out what's up, but ordered me a new NAV and AC module based on Jeep's recommendation.
Does anyone have any idea what this may be? The only code is one identifying that the NAV lost communication with a bluetooth device (It's crazy that this is really a code these days)
