Default InOP CHMSL

All my lights work except the CHMSL. There is no current running to the wire harness inside the tailgate. Any ideas?

Fuse M1 is ok.

I think I have a break in the wiring leg between the rear and where the White/Brown wire splits into three legs.

besides, I think the main brake lights go out also if M1 is blown, as part of the white/brown circuit goes back to the TIPM and (I believe) allows for main brake lights to operate?
