Probably out of mine too.

I just looked at it... Carbon fiber with a high gloss look... Not something I'm interested in. I would have to pay for the carbon fiber only to end up painting over it to match the interior..

Waste of money

Do you know who makes them?

What gauges are you looking to install? With the new OBD systems in all the new vehicles produced today there is no need for multiple separate gauges that take up to much space.

Superchips Flashpaq will allow you to display 4 separate readings of your choice in real time on the screen.

The ScanGaugeII is a integrated Trip Computer provides realtime feedback while simultaneously tracking three sets of trip data.

They've only been out 2 weeks.

I was at PepBoys yesterday and saw some generic A pillar style gauge pods, but its not specifically designed for jeeps. Maybe you can modify it to fit?

installing gauges on the driver side pillar does not take up space.

I have no desire to record trip data.

it's just one more loose item to plug in and have rattling around in the cab.

I want mechanical gauges. They are accurate and look good. Call me old fashioned. I am 100% sure i am not alone on this. I dont want to use a tiny little screen on a flashpaq.

I dont think we are in the same ball park. Different opinions and tastes is all.

But if you must know.

Oil pressure
Voltage

And a maybe on an Air gauge for my on board air system.

I saw them on e bay a few months back.. They must have been a pre order then

As for the generic pods your talking about
they don't work :(

There is one for Older jeeps 06 and down but it's not a good fit.. I want a sleek factory looking fit

COP4X4 wants $235US for their gauge pod haha way way over priced.

They advertise that they make the only one.. Why they made it glossy carbon fiber is beyond me. It doesn't match anything in the interior and stands out way to much appearing out of place rather than part of the interior.

It's a new product and they're apparently working on a website. I am in no way involved with them, but don't know the rules of posting any info since they are not yet a vendor here. I would suggest a google search for JK A pillar gauge pod.
