A few years ago, mine started acting weird, doing things such as blanking out the screen for long periods, or freezing up. I removed it and everything went back to normal pre-Lock Pik function. I sent them an email and they said the connection must have come loose and to check it. I haven't re-installed it, but I'm thinking of giving it a try soon, just to see. I would have rather them let me send it in so they could test it first, but maybe they have enough experience with it to know. When I took it out, I don't remember the connection being loose at all, though.

Default UPDATE great customer relations

Some have said that these don't have good customer relations. Once I figured out the problem and sent an email to the owner, the owner sent one back and said no problem he wiliness out a new unit I send the old unit back , no problem. Good to find that sort of treatment in this day and age.

I did. They were fine and they would have had to change themselves for that to have been a problem.

Also, I had asked them if I could send it in for them to check it out. They refused, and insisted it was not plugged in snugly and that I should do that again. It was pretty clear they didn't want to help, at that time. I'm going to put it back in and if the problem persists, I'll try them again. On the other hand, if it works correctly, then I'll have to admit that they were right.

I'll probably try and put it back in there in a couple weeks or so.

I'll dig it out and check and will get back with you. I think I bought it in late 2008, if memory serves.
