Try disconnecting battery for a few minutes. Mine use to flake out and not output audio: and lost two CD database builds. Hard drives and bouncing Jeeps are not the best combination.

Let me ask you this - for clarification, does the screen boot-up show with the Jeep logo on it, then it shows your radio channels, etc. and it's the touchscreen that doesn't work? Or does it not go through the boot sequence at all?
Either way, since chances are you're out of warranty (I'm assuming), you're probably looking at a new radio for replacement. If it's just the touchscreen, then sometimes they'll be able to recalibrate but that's assuming the tech knows what their doing.

There you go! This would be the least expensive way if you're no longer under warranty. Take 10 mins to pull the dash & radio then swap out hard drives.
