2007 JKU with Infinity system. HU died suddenly, no sound not even crackle. Checked M10 and M12 both were good but replaced anyways. No sound still. New kenwood HU with PAC adapter from crutchfield and still no sound. Where do I look next? Also tried the disconnect neg battery terminal and cycle key to reset ecu. Still no sound. Pls help.

May have blown a channel on your sub. I had same problem and had a friend that is a audio guru check it all out for me. We replaced infinity 8" with 2 image dynamics 8" in custom fiberglass box and everything worked fine.

Can pull sub out of enclosure and disconnect. I believe you can also just disconnect connections one side at a time and you should be able to tell one channel is bad.
