Radio not Working.

Radio not Working.
Yesterday I was on my way home when the radio quite working. So today I went to the dealer. He checked the fuses and then looked at me and said we will order you a new radio under warranty. He said that this is the first radio he has had quit working. Has anyone else had this problem? The Radio is the stock radio. It was not upgraded.

Which model radio?
I've had my RER drop off once.... but I pulled the battery for a few minutes, and it worked after that. It was just a compu-glitch for me. That was about 2 years ago... no problems since.
