I don't remember if you have a more recent version? My last batch with the new Sundown SD-3 and its inverted woofer surround didn't require any washers to raise the seat.

But the bar is a great idea, I had contemplated the same but found the washers worked just fine.

Im currently looking at upgrading the sound in my new 2015 JKU. With all of the good things I hear about the SD-3 10" I think I am going to be adding that sub, and it sounds like your box will be perfect for one.

I would be interested depending on the price. Looking for 1 box (passenger side). If you could PM me a price shipped to 80015 that would be great. Thanks!

Matt, I think its time to license out your design :-) I was thinking about a roto-mold plastic with some spray in damper might do the trick. Bet you could pop those out quick and cheaply.
