Default Cedarsink equipment

Hey Matt,

Thanks for the inspiration on the build. I am emulating your boxes and am installing 2 in my 2 door, being powered by a 1200w 2 channel amp. The components will be ran on a 480w 2 channel amp. I'm using this up and coming brand in the SF Bay Area called Cedarslink for all the equipment as they kicked down a killer deal and I wanted to use low cost on this particular system to see how an upgrade will sound compared to stock and then decide in a few years if I want to go really high end or just live with the low cost to serve their purpose in my toy. It should be done tomorrow so I'll share some pictures soon.

Good looking boxes. I thought the same thing for my 07 JKU, even went so far as talking to a custom shop who said it was impossible. Love how Jeep folks fig out how to do the "impossible"!

Sent while my wife wasn't looking...

. My custom shop didn't say impossible, they just wanted $300 per box. That's why I did them myself. Finally getting around to ordering supplies this week for another batch of boxes.

My buddy was able to make similar boxes! So slick and super stealth! Thanks Matt!

Late to the game. Will these boxes work on my new 2014? Interested & sent a PM. Are these for a 10" sub?

Thanks

J

Yes as long as you don't have the slide and tilt seats in a 2 door. Those do not have enough space under them. Yes for a 10" shallow mount that requires .6cu ft or less internal volume and 4 3/8" mounting depth or less.

Updated my Pioneer NEX headunit firmwear to Apple's Carplay. Not perfect, but a very nice user interface that will only get better...
