Anyone found factory mounted fog lights that match Trucklites headlights?

Trucklite makes a smaller set for the fogs. I don't know how ppl mount them tho. I'm running led replacement bulbs

Do the replacement bulbs put off any more light than the factory bulbs? Looks like the color matches good.
