Hi guys,

I was searching for a cheap 20" led bar yesterday when I found this. Look like an asian copy of the Spod.

6 Contura Switch Wiring KIT Circuit Breaker Panel FOR 2007 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK | eBay

control-YBOSREMOTE

Have you ever heard of this product? I didn't found any info on it. Obviously it doesn't have all the feature of the Spod, its more basic, but that's not a bad thing. The quality seems not bad, well I don't think It can be worst then a homemade setup I could make.

For the more electronically inclined members, what's your thought on it?

I wouldn't buy it, made in China probably. When it comes to electrical I would just go with the s pod because one little thing can cause a fire(;

I get tired of seeing every good American product get copied by the Chinese/ Asian market. I personally will pay more for U.S. made products, although it is becoming harder to do. I wouldn't give a dime for this knockoff, but that's just me..

I'm with you, I'd pay a few extra bucks knowing it went to an American business, especially family owned

I got the generic vehicle SPOD with the JK mounted source-box for $363... Granted I had to cut my dash but I like it better there anyways. So for $64 more, you get made in America. Yeah, Best $64 extra I've spent.

Wouldn't all the components for the spod be made in China?

I say go ahead. Feed the beast.

And people wonder why 28% of the US population aren't even working and all the middle class jobs have gone overseas. Pat yourselves on the back for considering helping in the destruction of what's left of the US. But I guess for the people in Canada, it's no big deal.

But those still here in the US, who knows? Maybe your kids and grandkids might be so lucky to find a bartending and/or waiter-waitress job once they come of age since that's where the job market's at for the Millennial Generation. If you're going to give the kids a chance, I'd at least make sure to enroll them in some classes to learn Chinese. They might get better tips if they can take orders in Cantonese/Mandarin.

LOL
