1ea - 3 different sizes of Expandable Braided Sleeving Expandable Braided Sleeving in the Wire & Cables Department at Parts Express | 2193 If you plan on mostly copying what I did, you'll save money buying the expandable tubing from WayTek http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/ and http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/ However most can be done with the 1/4" tubing. I used roughly 100' of 1/4". I only used a little 1/2" tubing.
5 - Sizes of heat shrink tubing - I prefer adhesive lined heat shrink. You should be looking to get the 4:1 shrinking or more. This will allow you space to do what you need to do while still shrinking down around the wiring to form a water tight seal. Of course there are the battery terminals, ring terminals, electrical tape and so on... but this should get everyone going... if you have questions PM me and I'll give you my number and email and we can figure out what you need that way.

I will in the 'How-To'... once I write that up. lol But that takes more time than just putting a small parts list together. Keep in mind you'll find that I tend to do things to that exceed even the factory level... I'm OCD like that. There are things you can do to save money. As an example, I use circuit breaker instead of fuses... however fuses will work just fine, and save you about $30, another one is the wire, you can use all one color (at least 2 is a better idea (positive and negative separated) and just label the leads. That' will save you some cash as well. When I complete the 'How-To' write up I'll add a parts list that shows what needs to be used and what are just my OCD add-on's because I like things to look clean and factory.

I get pretty OCD too ! Hahah. I like things clean and neat. I'll take a more in depth look into the list and see how much I'll be spending. You're an awesome help !

Save yourself a couple hundreds and just build your own More money to spend on other accessories! I've yet to try building mines, but it sure doesn't look too complicated. Good luck if you do build yours !
