Switched 12V for KC lights ?
Just finished up installing a set of KC driving lights, all done but wiring to the battery.
The "white wire" is suggested to be installed on the + side of the battery as does the primary "yellow" feeder for the relay to lights.
Doing so puts 12v non switched to the toggle switch in the cab. Ok. So you can turn these lights on without the key in the on position. Hmm.
Anyone pick up a switched positive 12 v source to avoid leaving the lights on?
I looked at the fuse box adjacent to the battery, could pick up a 12 switched there, not sure how to exit the cable and not compromise the weather seal.
Looking for advice and suggestions.
Thanks

Look into tapping into the heated seat fuse in the fuse box. The one next to the battery. There's a write up somewhere on here that shows how to properly get into that box and still keep it waterproof. That was your on off switch will only have power going to it when the jeep is turned on

See this thread. It's a good option to power a relay for the lights.

All done, fuse tap worked like a charm thanks again Ronjenx for the tip! My jeep is a 08 and your pics matched 100% with what I had under the hood.
