Tommy--Hawk

I was working on a few things around the grill and one of the three wires that goes from up under the driver side fender and in to the turn signal plug was pulled out. I have pushed it back in and taped it in hopes that it would make a good connection. It works randomly so the wire isn't making a good connection. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement part for this? I know I'll have to cut the three wires and splice back into them.
