Uconnect Radio Issues

Uconnect Radio Issues
Need advice here....
Bought a use Uconnect 430N RHB radio from someone who took it out of their JK. When they had it in their JK everything worked without issue.
My stock stereo had the Uconnect feature and worked without issue but once i installed the new radio using the NAVIKS harness system the Uconnect only shows "Uconnect phone not available" . I called the harness company and they suggested plugging my old stereo in and seeing if Uconnect still worked.
Now the Uconnect in my old stereo doesn't work. Not sure how to fix this issue and get the Uconnect working with the new radio.
Thoughts and advice please.
