Thanks for your excellent write up and all your help 14Sport

This morning I made those last connections. I found on the OTRATTW switches for the illumination lights, that the ground wire was needed. Hooked the positive up to the Orange/Grey wire and a ground wire and they work PERFECTLY

Thanks again

I suppose I could add pictures from what it looked like in the '12. The wire was in the same power window bundle on my '08 but not 100% if it is the same pin.

It is the outer most orange wire that seems to wrap around the bundle.

Second pin on the top row with the clip portion being at the top.

Thanks again, Vlad. Great detail.

No worries! I know a picture can be a thousand words as when I do something I keep looking until I find enough pictures to make me feel good enough about tackling it lol.

Well after much cursing...it's finally all done. Got the sPod mounted with the 'dimmer' wire nicely routed and tapped into the orange/grey wire. Fun getting that done with my fat hands and hatred of laying under the dash. Turned the lights on and..NADA-ZILCH-NO LIGHTS! UGGGGGG. Turned the ign on, headlight switch on, off, on, off, dimmer up then down, still no cool lights..........ummm...hook up the rest of it under the hood

Default Did you daisy chain the wires for power and ground?

Did you daisy chain the wires for power and ground? I have 1 wire harness for my Rigid lights and another for the LED bar. Just wondering if it makes sense to home run power and ground or keep separated?
