Longer days and warmer weather is now upon us. So off with the hardtop and on with a new Spiderweb bikini top and Dirtydog spiderweb.

Have read some very bad installation instructions in my time, but the DirtyDog ones, I was more confusing after I had read them than before.

Thanks. I see this is your first post, there is a welcome thread where you can introduce yourself to the forum. Also have a look at the NorCal thread, runs and trips are posted up regularly.

Didn't like the clearance of the Teraflex rear speed bumps, so notched the frame rails and install a set of prerunner speedbumps on the rear.

Have about 1 1/4" of clearance now at ride height.

(The old rear speed bumps are up for grabs if any one is interested. Picture on post #18. Minimum lift require is 4" to use them even though they say you can use on 3" lifts)

Curious why you didn't box in that frame internally for support instead of relying on the bumpstop as support

The bumpstop tubes are thick wall and welded on all four sides to the frame rail. The finished assembly is now much stronger than the old bumpstop.

Now that the sunshine is upon us and the roof will be staying off for the rest of the summer. Decide to add so security with a bestop cargo holder for the rear.
