Connecting it all back together with some Synergy DOM tubing of various lengths, shapes and bends.
Will probable notch the frame rail as don't want to run 3" bumps.
Spot the school boy error. (Yes!! reconnect the swap bar before install flipped drag link and lifted tie rod as the sway bar will not swing passed them in the new position )
Once front roll center has been established, will be replacing rear track bar mount with an Artec weld on one and new track bar.

Rear track bar mount installed and painted.
Last of the synergy linkage now installed.
Looking into moving the rear swaybar back to give more clearance for the rear shocks. Sent the external res into the swaybar by smacking the bottom on a rock. Also looking to get longer res lines to move them up onto the rear cross member.

After hitting a shock reservoir with a rock and sending it into the swaybar. Decided to move the swaybar back and out of the way. Also now square to the axles, not forward.
Shocks sent back to fox for a service and to replace short lines with 16" versions to allow movement of the reservoirs and mounting on the rear crossmember.

After hitting the tree on the Rubicon and killing the license plate holder. Invested in some AEV corner guards.
Lined up very nicely with the body work, quality product.
Dropped the right light and took the corner off when pulling out after test fitting. Will see what we can do about that.

Impressed and Jealous
That is one beautiful rig. Looks, strength and functionality all rolled into 1 bad Jeep. So I have to ask 1 question. My wife has not complained too much about the "gifts " i buy for my Jeep. She now thinks I should keep a parts/price list so I know what I have invested. It has been interesting and informative. Kept to myself. Have you done the same. We all have a budget when getting a Jeep weather its mild or wild.

Next on the agenda is to cut the ends off the bumper and make it into a stubby. Front tires when stuffed into the wheel wells and hard turned, catch.
