No I wouldn't be surprised. That is the reason suppliers have tolerance check Or CMM departments. No one is about to risk their brand name buying tens of thousands of frames from a supplier that might get it right just most of the time.
Oh Please...The service writer said that is his problem...come on that means that assembly line turned out thousands of bad frames? You and I both know It's not "this one's good , these two are bad , this one is just OK , This one's good.........
How long would that contracted frame supplier be in business when he's also punching out frames for a whole whack of other labels. Hayes-Dana.
