True true was thinking about that. My other options was 35x12.5x17
Certain back spacing for the 17 inch rims ?

17 is a popular size now. Tired are cheaper in a 15 though. There are more issues with a 15. Tie rods may hit, etc.

Another question about tires :
Just ordered 35x12.5x17 for 14 sahara unlimited.
Hercules MT trail diggers on a Mickey Thompson baja classic I I I. Wondering, can I use em on the stock jeep for 2 days city driving. Would that be ok? After 2 days I'll be adding a 3 inch suspension lift from Day Star. Would I run into any problems ? I know it will for sure rub on the front Skid. But I'll trim the corners and later put a new one on.

There may be some that say you can, but I'd wait until you get your lift on.

16s are always an option as well. You won't have as much to choose from, but if you wanted a smaller rim then check them out. I am running Pro Comp Series 51s with Firestone Destination M/T.
