Had a chance to take them out in some mud for those that are interested. For not being a MT they did better than I thought. I did have some issues with them not cleaning out very well in thick clay like mud but if you can get them to spin they don't do too bad, I never got stuck but just something to keep a heads up on. I think the DT may be a little better with the cleaning out in mud since they have a little more open tread design but I would not hesitate to put these up against the DTs. They may not be better but they sure seem like they are right there along side them. Hope that helps. I'll post some actually wheeling pics when I can get out again, I even have a video floating around somewhere.

Nice! Working on my own currently... Exact same jeep but a 2010. Liking what you did. What color did you go with on the seat covers? Thinking about the same black w/grey inserts.

Black and grey. Really like the seat covers. They have held up great.

Ok so here are some pics from an easy trail close to home. Nothing to exciting.











So I ordered some 3/4" spacers for the front and rear to help with the added weight of the bumpers. If they work out and I like them I'll upgrade them to 3.5" springs. We'll see though. I also bought an ARB compressor for filling tires, so I'll let you guys know how that works out. Also purchased the JCR rotopax mount for the rear bumper. Pics to follow. Next thing on the list is a regear to 4.88. Going to use Yukon gears for that.

I have a trip planned for the end of July to run Black Bear Pass in Colorado and another one planned for the Shoshone Lake trail here in Wyoming. Both should be a blast!

For those that want to know the KO2s are holding up great. They perform awesome in deep snow, ice and on the trail. I've only had them in light mud and they did pretty well for what they are. If you're looking for an AT that performs well then I would highly recommend them. We had about 11" of snow a few months back and they didn't miss a step.

How do you like the roof rack? How difficult is it to take off the top?

Love the roof rack! Especially since I only paid $300 for it. Basically taking off the top now just includes one extra step of removing the 4 bolts and flipping it back. Although I can no longer remove the top in my garage, I have to do it outside, so there's that I guess.
