Default Need help converting a standard light into an LED light

Hi guys and gals, I'm new here, so I wanted to ask the experts some advice.

I have 4 regular IPF 968 6 inch round off road lights. They take either a 55w or 100w H3 bulb.

I brought an LED bulb, and I thought I would be able to switch out the light, and that it should work, but I am not having any luck.

This is is the light Bulb I'm trying to use:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o00_s00

any advice, I would truly appreciate.

TJ

Can you be more specific on what "not having any luck" means? Are they too dim? Not coming on? Not plugging in properly?

So I connected the Led H3 light bulb exactly like the original bulb was connected in the light housing. So I have not been succeful in getting the light to come on.

Also, for folks really smart with wiring, sometimes, like with my Truck Lite head lights, there is some sort of adapter that is needed to convert from regular bulb to LED.

Once I get it to light up, I can report light quality.
