Rear defrost window wite broke off

My wire broke off rear defroster on the rear window how can I put this back on?

Hey, if you come up with any ideas, let me know, as I ripped mine off when loading up the jeep a couple months ago. I almost want to try and solder it back on, but not sure if the heat would crack the glass...

if your soldering skillz are decent I'd think you'd be ok to try. I've never tried something like that on a window, but I'd think you'd have to leave that iron on the window for a decent amount of time to cause a problem, and to solder that one should just be a matter of seconds the heat is applied. That said, I bet it's a tricky job.

Repair of the rear glass heating grid lines, bus bars, terminals or pigtail wires can be accomplished using the MoparŽ Rear Window Defogger Repair Kit (Part Number 04549275) or equivalent.
