No rattle on mine, but I mounted the holes so the fold down part fits in real snug. Make sure you have an extra person holding it up and marking it before you drill.

So, I currently have a track bar bracket for the front installed and the stock track bar. I don't really like it, so I ordered a JKS track bar and that should come in soon. That way I can get rid of the bracket!!

Got the driver side axle sleeve in. Not too bad to install. Clean the tube and hit it in using a bearing driver and a pipe. Tomorow I'll do the passenger side. And I'll have to replace my wheel bearing because I broke the stupid speed sensor off.

Tomorrow I'll take some pictures of the sleeve install. These suckers are in there tight, no chance of moving. I've had them in the freezer for a few days so they shrink (tiny bit) and help go in easier. I also used a 20lb sledge which helps a ton.

The wifey helping out. She's holding the pipe with a bearing driver at the end. That way I didnt mushroom the sleeve by hiting it directly.

Installed a new JKS adjustable track bar and rubicon express steering stabilizer yesterday. Took off the teraflex track bar bracket. The bracket bolt was on rediculously tight. After installing the track bar it seems that I have a little steering shimmy, guessing the holes wallowed out a little bit. So tomorow I'm going to torque the bolts down more. Hopefully that'll help, if not then I'll have to weld some washers on the holes to prevent the shimmy. I already ordered a synergy track bar brace for the frame end, this will help with any hole wallow and prevent it in the future. Other than those problems it drove a lot better without the bracket. It used to have a free floating feel at 60 mph, due to the track bar and drag link not in the correct geometry. Now it feels great like its on rails. Tomorow I'll be welding on gussets and installing new front bilstein 5100s. More pics tomorow! Here's one for now of how it's looking currently.
