You should be able to - yes. You might still has some rubbing off-road but it's doable.

I cut the pinch seam, had RR Hurricane Flat fenders and a RR XHD Front Stubby Bumper...

But I really got tired of the station wagon look quickly!!!

Got my JKS / Fox Racing 3" Lift (truly 4") and it looks awesome!!!!!

35" km2's trimmed fenders no lift. At full stuff in the rear they will rub. If yours is a 2014 the pinch seam doesn't need trimmed.

I ran 37's with the stock lift for awhile.
