I have 2 of the halogen H3R clean agent fire extinguishers up front and a big 5 lb abc in back.
The clean agent ones are great cause its no mess to clean up.
Was worth every penny to have a piece of mind to protect the investment I have in my rig.

Even a buggy can burn to the ground, imagine if this was your jeep how fast it could burn down.

yeah that's a good point, a lot less plastic and fabric materials to burn in a buggie. Man what a loss of a sick buggie

I carry a 8lb Marine Halon type in mine.

Many powder types leave a mess that many times corrode the electrical stuff and whatnot in the engine compartment.

What about Cold Fire or something similar? No corrosive residues.

Cold Fire is what I keep in my jeep. Usually a can of it in a cup holder within quick reaching distance.
