I'm wanting to run 33x12.50-17 tires with a 2.5" lift on my '07 Sahara JKU...
Wheels I like are the ProComp 7005 @ 17x9... (backspacing is 4.75").
Am I looking at any problems with this setup?

I'm running that combo on a stock '13 JKU Sahara with no issues. With your lift you should be fine. I'm going with a 2" lift in a few months but not because it's needed.

You can run 35" tire's with that set up.

I was told that but I wanna keep the gas mileage.
Its my daily driver and its 65+ miles to work...

I'm not sure good gas mileage is why people buy jeeps. You need to dial up your badass. Go 35's!

I have 35's on mine and average 16 mpg which I don't think is that bad considering the lift/tires. Running duratrac's

Got 35" yoko geolanders on a 2.5" lift and I still get 16mpg. Go Big

From everything I've read, I don't see any issues. I'm looking to run a very similar setup.

I just put on 35x12.50 MTR K's and a 2.5 lift. Running Method NV's 17x8.5 4.75in back space, with no rubbing lock to lock (haven't flexed it out, but i don't foresee any problems.

With a 2013 running a manual, 4.10 gears, and 35's I'm averaging 18mpg across the first 500 miles (before the lift and tires it fluctuated between 17 and 21) I drive a lot of flat land around Houston and the gulf shore states.
