The only dumb question is the one that wasn't asked.

Thanks for posting. I'm less experienced wheeling but have been and know the basics. That being said, I've been away for a while and got back on a trail for the first time in years. I was so nervous and felt like it was the first time ever! My advice is to get to know a trail before you go out. Nothing is worst than not seeing what's on the other side of a hill and needing to get up and over with a bit of gas to not stall out . Well there could be worst but this was my demon. Could be from that time if happen to stop at the top to find a sheer drop on the other side. Happy wheeling and jeep on! OIIIIIIIO

Much appreciated! Thank you for the kind words of wisdom. I am a complete NOOB to the sport and vehicle, I am glad I had the opportunity to read this.

Default I am a new guy now

I am brand new to this forum. I have a 2008 Sahara Unlimited. I went to an off-road park this weekend in Attica, IN. The only modifications I have done is that I have switched out my stock front bumper for a Olympic 4x4 Front Rock Bumper with no winch.

I want to get a 3.75" lift in addition to 35 inch tires and 18" Metal Mulisha Rims. I am just starting out and would like some good input in what your opinions are on this idea and what else I can do.

Thank you
