Already responded to you. I also left you my number and you could have called since some of us aren't on the forum 24/7. Thanks for locking up my paypal account dick. So much for common courtesy. You still need to send it back to me before I'll process a refund and confirm you didn't screw it up yourself. Luckily I still have access to my jeep to confirm.

Yes. I'm the dick for sending someone a product that is not as described. Let's just take someone's money and send them something that cannot be used because it's locked to another Jeep.
That sounds fair. Honestly if you weren't being a complete ass about this I probably would have ended the PayPal dispute, but at this point I'm concerned you might be a prick about it if I were to close it. So yeah. Keep pretending to play the victim. Let's see how far that takes you in life.
