means it's no longer tied to his VIN. When you use a programmer/calibrator it stores your VIN in the device so that you can't use it on more than one vehicle at a time. In order to use it on another vehicle, the user must reset their vehicle back to factory settings in order for the programmer/calibrator to then be moved to a different vehicle.

Oh wow i see thanks for the info i didnt know that. 👍🏽👍🏽 Cause i have 35s on a stock 2014 rubicon and was wondering about the bigger tires issue. Thanks again.
