The owner is emotionally attached, but I heard from them today and they are willing to sell now. Problem is that like anyone who is emotionally attached to something they value it above fair value.

I'd really love to get this on the road. We'll see and if anyone else is interested offers can be made. I wouldn't stand in the way.
