With my setup (6.2L 6L80e) on 37" and 4:10 was great when lightweight (pre ace pro series rear bumper and carrier, smithy front + X-20 10.5k winch, rhino rails and D-60 rear, trusses and braces and teraflex monster everything) added enough weight to warrant 4:88 or 5:13 swap soon. She still gets up and howls rubber but in the soft sand and daily driving it would sure better the sweet spot for the trans/rpm program. 5:38 is getting into the weak (at least on a dana 44) spot on shafts with torque available so low.

yeah I think I'm going down to 4.88 seems to be the right gear for 37s and the 6l80

New problem with the cam upgrade the brake are squishy, when on a hill it's difficult to stop. I'm thinking there isn't enough vacuum but I may be wrong any ideas on how to fix this? I'm now considering the teraflex master cylinder upgrade. So anyone with some advice would be great so I can get back on the trails!

I upgraded the entire system. Stock jk brakes were not up to the task. At stop lights the newfound power pushed through the brakes creeping forwRd.

I did the teraflex big brake kit , master , slotted rotors and crown lines front and rear. After several system bleeds it's nice and strong. Huge difference.

Brought a tear to my eye and a a stain to my panties! Back in 2011 I ALMOST put my built 833 rwhp blown LS3 in my JK, then I figured I wanted my Frame to last more than a month!

I deeply admire your skills!

Could not tell you as I have not ever used dyna kit yet. The Teraflex calipers are based off ram 2500 and caliper piston surface area/hydraulic fluid chamber requirements are a close match to what the teeny jk master can dish out.
