Today I talked to AJ from ACE Offroad about an issue that I was having with the powdercoating peeling! Once again, the customer service has amazed me I love my bumpers and sliders! AJ recommended using rustoleum spray on bed liner to touch up the powder coat! The jeep is currently sitting on jack stands, my new lift gets delivered tomorrow!

After an incident while off-road with some friends, my JK was making an AWFUL squeaking noise. I was able to track the issue down to a bent passenger side axle flange. I contacted Olympus Offroad and literally within minutes of sending an email I received a highly-detailed response that answered all of my questions, once again Olympus leads the way with their customer service. I decided to order a set of rear axle shafts. Three days later my axle shafts arrived at my door, ready to bolt on the jeep.

I found a writeup on removing the rear shafts on JK-Forum. In about 45 minutes I had both factory shafts out and the nitro shafts installed. The drivers side measures 30.79" and the passenger side measures 32.50".

After torquing all of the necessary hardware, I took the jeep for a quick spin.... NO MORE SQUEAK! I was happy that my squeak and my wallet was even happier, thanks to the great price from Olympus Offroad.

A bent axle flange and you are only running 35's? Wow must have been some rough wheeling or some other JK weakness I have to worry about. Oh, I thought you had to buy all ACE products to be sponsored by them. Don't think they would be too happy with your fender choice when they offer them also.

The factory flanges are weak, and I am pretty hard on my jeep I ended up not going through with the sponsorship, I saw the Smittybilt fenders in person and decided to go with them. ACE makes great products, I just changed my mind on the fenders!
