Bumpers and fenders dropped off today for power coat. Flashcal should be here today. Also think it's time for an update about the suspension and tires. First. I can't say enough about how awesome this synergy stuff is. Every part of the lift installed correctly without anything having to be beat to death or modified. Nothing has to be welded, and only a couple flimsy stock brackets have to be cut off with a grinding wheel. Every synergy mount and bracket I installed was HEAVY duty and well constructed. The finish is excellent as well. The new Durometer joints make NO noise at all, while flexing and self center nicely. Metalcloak has competition here. The Fox shocks are definitely on the firm side however on the 4 door it's not rough. If anything the jeep drives better than stock and seems more balanced with less body roll. Hitting a pot hole isn't jarring but let's u know it's firmer than before. The 37" BFG Ko2s run on the small side for a 37". Mine measured out at 35.5" @ 38psi on the factory wheels under weight. They also only weight 69 pounds each. Less than some 35"s. Between these facts and this being a DD during Colorados winters it's the right tire for me. I am happy to report on the street they don't disappoint. They are quiet. Comfortable. They track well don't wander, soak up bumps well and they are QUIET. Did I mention they are quiet?
Anyway.

Couple of issues. The recommendations synergy gives for rear shocks on this kit specifically I feel are extremely conservative. The rear lower shock mounts are adjustable and I feel like using the lowest setting and a 4-6" Shock would yield better travel without the spring falling out of the rear. It's a mild detail but one I think should be explored if your read this and decide to run a synergy setup. Other things. The front driveshaft will hit the exhaust crossover with this kit under droop. Exhaust spacers are cheap and that's exactly what u get. A "cheap" fix. I when this route because I couldn't afford a Tom Woods front shaft at this time and I highly recommend you spend the money. But the shaft. Skip the crappy exhaust spacers.

That's all I can think of for now. Questions hit me. BBL

Very nice update.
I, too, am looking into similar set up, even the same tire.
Do u mind posting a side view of your rig with 37 ko2? I may end up with 4" kit though.
Why do you think the spacer is a crappy solution?
Thanks.

ID:	629236 I'll try to get u a more direct side profile shot tomorrow. You really don't need more than the 3" springs unless your going to run the stock fenders with these. I have no rubbing at this juncture, running stock fenders and "37s" now. But I have not stuffed one yet. Honestly I got more like 4.5" of lift out of this 3" setup, but I have no armor and an all stock JK. Synergy told me up front the springs are engineered more for totally armored and weighted JKs. The exhaust spacers makes your crossover pipe hang further down and only about 1/2" above the forward most crossmember. It also crams your collection pipe into the rear exhaust. It's crude. It's a crappy fix. Having a pro shop weld up your crossover would be a better solution if done correctly. Or like I said. Buy a Woods shaft and do it right. Something else to consider with synergy springs they keep the factory rake. I'm a 70s baby grew up in the 80s. I like white letter tires and rake. So I love it. If u want your jk to sit level then buy one size smaller in the rear or be ready to add pucks in the front.

Apologies for no new updates. Bumpers and fenders have been at powdercoating for 2 weeks today. My hands are tied until they are finished. I did order a Crawler body mounted tire carrier to hang a spare 37 on. The Springs have broken in a little and the jeeps highway ride is nothing short of spectacular. Plush plush plush with no body roll The BFGs kick ass in the snow so far. Still no noise. No squeaks no rattles. The Synergy Durometer bushings are awesome so far. I corrected speedo with the superchip flashcal. It's cheaper than the AEV but I found all the extra crap useless. At least its upgradable to a Flashpaq if they ever break the 2015 ECU.
