Default AEV Pintler w/ 33's, no lift, stock suspension

Does anyone have any advice or pictures of 17' AEV Pintler Argent with 33's and no lift on a stock 4dr Sahara. I am thinking about getting the Pintlers with 33x12.5x17 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ Radials. I want something that looks mean but drives great. This is my daily driver and I do a lot of highway. In the future I will be putting a lift on my jeep so I need something that will work without rub until the lift takes place later on down the road when it becomes my daily ORV.

I am new to the JK-Forum, first post and all. Let me know what you think or how it will look?

This is the route I wanted to go as well only I was leaning towards 285/70R17 (33x11.5x17). Ya can't lift without proper backspacing, but I don't want to waste money on spacers as a temporary fix.

I figured I would buy the wheels & tires then hack my fenders if I ran into rubbing issues. Then start banking money for the lift.

I believe "DocJake" under the "Deep water blue show off " thread has what you are looking for. He posted no stats, but his Jeep does not look lifted.

Something like this?

Mine has 285/75 r17 Aev`s. No wheeling yet, but when fully loaded, the rear rubs sometimes
I need to get better poser pics...

Looks good. Which offset did you buy on the Pintlers? Standard +10mm or the Wide model -15mm offset?

I'm assuming those are the +10mm model, but I wanted to be sure

Kronos, that looks real nice. Do you have any other photos. I would like to get an ideal of what it looks like from either the front or rear.

Get yourself a 2" lift and you will have no issues with the rear fender rubbing! A 2" lift will not affect anything of the driving quality.

Looks great, but I would get the Teraflex leveling kit to prevent the rubbing.

2dr stock height with 17 inch pintlers on 285/70/17 duratracs. Have the Teraflex 2.5 bb now but this is how it did look.

OK, that looks great......suppose we could get some more/better pics of that from some different angels (especially the edge of the tire Vs the edge of the fender). Did you get any rubbing with the 285's before you added the 2.5 bb?
