Am i pricing my jeep realistically
I'm asking 22,500. My original price was 26 but nobody showed interest. I really need to sell but I also want to get a fair price out of it

What does a 2009 book at? Hate to say it but all of the mods we make to our Jeep do not tend to add to the resale value. A Wrangler Sport worth $15K, with $10K in add-on still only has a market value of $15K.

I paid 25k for a stock rubicon in amazing shape with 38k on it. They then offered me 24k for it. With 80k. With stock parts. I think 19-21 isnt a bad price.. if you have the stock parts you will get more money

Remove the stickers. Not sure if it benefits you more to pull stuff and sell it separately or not, like the light bar. You could probably get $600 for it by itself, but I doubt it's adding $600 to the sale value of the jeep. Same goes for the winch. I would also remove that picture where you're showing the tire but have dirt splashed up the side.

Like others have said, your mods won't neccessarily get you more money. Some people want vehicles to be stock so THEY can mod them to their liking. (Afterall isn't that part of the fun about owning a Jeep?) How are you trying to sell it? Meaning dealer or privately?
Also, like JE8154 said, post pics of a clean vehicle. And I would take out the part where you say you NEED to sell your Jeep. Makes you sound desperate and you may get nothing but low ball offers.

I think your market dictates price. Here in Seattle, 22500 would be a good price for that jeep and the right buyer will pay more and appreciate the mods. I sold my 08 X with 130k miles after stripping down the mods for $17k. It had plenty of scratches and use. Your jeep being a Sahara, newer, half the miles and $10k in mods - I would hold out. Guess it depends on if you're in a huge hurry.

As mentioned location and what's available at the time of sale will change things. Keep in mind an altered vehicle needs a special buyer. Many that are interested in modifying vehicles prefer to do it themselves and likely have different tastes than you. So, IMO aftermarket parts usually decrease a vehicles value (unless you find the right buyer).
I just purchased a similarly build 11' with 16k miles for $19.5k... The owner originally started MUCH higher but was unable to move it. When I purchased it the first thing I did was strip all the parts that were on it off to make it our own.
