Anyone have pics of the Rugged Ridge Door Hinge Cover Kit???

What bedliner did you use? Do it yourself or did you have it done?

Duplicolor Bedliner for me- hinges, grill

Works great no worries- It's a hinge not a thermal nuclear warhead detonator!

Note: Go to Sears (or your favorite tool center) and get the Torx socket set. That way you can use a ratchet handle to get some leverage on the bolts. You need to get this set anyway for the Jeep.

I have used the Rust-Oleum Truck Bedliner I was looking for Duplicolor but the Autozone I went to doesn't sell it anymore. But with the results, and the awesome finish it has I won't use nothing else anymore, that's for sure!

Hey Travis- thanks for all the tips.

I did my hood hinges yesterday, and they came out schweet!

The biggest problem in my case was getting the driver's side door re-aligned. Took over an hour of tweaking each piece. Passenger side? I was done in 5 minutes.

Anyway, thanks for the help- this looks 1000x better than stock and 1000x better than rugged ridge.

Agreed, and it will actually benefit your jeep, not hurt it, rust will only bring down the durability of your jeep over time

Well....One good thing about these covers is...The door won't swing
open far enough to hit your fenders when the strap is off . Bad part...
they RUST. Look at the picture, the bolts turns white and then to rust.
The hinge is rusting also, after just 1 year. They would look good on a
white jeep brand new, but plan on painting/undercoating them next year.
I also had to grind a little off the hinge so I could remove the doors with
out taking the covers off.
What exactly did you have to grind and what part of it? Did you grind the hinge or the cover?
