Nice! What are you doing for suspension? Planned ride height? Did you ever break anything on the d30 from the 40's?

Never broke anything. The rear axle is out of a 2000 ford e350 dana 60 the front axle is out of a 1997 f350 dana 60. I have the Artec front truss kit and the rear I'm running the BTF truss system. The front and rear will have 5:13s with ARB lockers For suspension I have a RK long arm rear with a 3" stretch and the front is getting ordered very soon RK 3 link with a little stretch. Still running coil springs coil overs down the road.

I got all the brackets tacked on yesterday and slid under the jeep to check fitment. Tomorrow I will do the final welding. I should be able to have it all mounted up by the end of the month

Not sure yet. I have 3.5" AEV springs and RK 5.5" springs kicking around the garage. I'm going to keep it as low as possible.

How are you going to keep it low with that tall 3rd link mount?
