Ok so I just wasn't happy with that first one... So I threw it in the trash, and made this new one.

I'll do a write hopefully later...

Managed to get the secondary fuse/relay box all wired up... didn't have time to install it yet. Maybe I'll have time tomorrow to do that part.

Well I got that all installed.

Hopefully the rain holds off and I can start to get some things connected this week.

Man. That looks so good. I can't believe a vendor hasn't come up with this yet.

Well I got the rest of the install done today.

As a quick recap as to what I used for this:

Here you go. This should get you going. Keep in mind you can do it cheaper, but these are the parts I use.

1 - Cooper Bussman MINI FUSE AND MICRO RELAY RTMR PANEL BUSSMANN 15303-2-2-4 http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
1 - MOUNTING BRACKET ATO / ATC & RTMR FUSE BLOCKS http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
100 - WEATHERPACK TERMINAL 16-14 GA FEMALE 12124580
http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
100 - WEATHERPACK TERMINAL 16-14 GA MALE 12124582
http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
5 - SONG CHUAN ISO 280 MICRO RELAY 20A/15A AMP 24V SPDT RESISTOR http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
2 - 10 A MINI CIRCUIT BREAKER 28V TYPE III BUSSMANN 23310-00 http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
6 - 15 A MINI CIRCUIT BREAKER 28V TYPE III BUSSMANN 23315-00 http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
1 - 20 A MINI CIRCUIT BREAKER 28V TYPE III BUSSMANN 23320-00 http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
1 - 30 A MINI CIRCUIT BREAKER 28 V TYPE III BUSSMANN 23330-00 http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
2 - Power Relay Contactor 12v 100A SPNO WHITE-RODGERS 120-901 http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
1 - STINGER SCBM100 100 Amp Marine Circuit Breaker Stinger Marine Circuit Breaker 100amp You need to make sure you need one this large. Most people do not. In most cases a 50amp is enough.
10 - Differnet color 16 gauge primary wire 16gauge Primary wire - Parts Express Ships Fast and Ships Free. You can use all the same color, just be sure to label everything on both ends.
1ea - 3 different sizes of Expandable Braided Sleeving Expandable Braided Sleeving in the Wire & Cables Department at Parts Express | 2193 If you plan on mostly copying what I did, you'll save money buying the expandable tubing from WayTek http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/ and http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/ However most can be done with the 1/4" tubing. I used roughly 100' of 1/4". I only used a little 1/2" tubing.
5 - Sizes of heat shrink tubing - I prefer adhesive lined heat shrink. You should be looking to get the 4:1 shrinking or more. This will allow you space to do what you need to do while still shrinking down around the wiring to form a water tight seal. (1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1"and if you have anything larger than a piece of 2")http://www.waytekwire.com/wps/myport...BlkmaJwBRbctZ/
1 - 10 Pack DELPHI PACKARD WPK-2-16-14-10PK - WeatherPack 2 Pin Kit 16-14 AWG WPK-2-16-14-10PK - WeatherPack 2 Pin Kit 16-14 AWG 10 Pack - Performance Plus Connection supplier of weatherpack connectors & tools If you want to use weatherproof connectors for the add on's that are outside the cabin. (i.e.: lights)
1 - Delphi Packard GM Weather Pack Crimping Tool Kit PPCTK318 - Delphi Packard GM Weather Pack Crimping Tool Kit - Performance Plus Connection supplier of weatherpack connectors & tools
1 - Delphi Weatherpack / Metri-pack 280 Cavity Plugs 25 pack 15324928 / 12010300-25 - Delphi Weatherpack / Metri-pack 280 Cavity Plugs 25 pack - Performance Plus Connection supplier of weatherpack connectors & tools
25' - KnuKonceptz Kolossus Fleks Blue 4/0 Gauge Power/Ground Wire Kolossus Fleks Blue 4/0 Gauge Power/Ground Wire - Merchandise
10' - KnuKonceptz Kolossus Fleks Black 4/0 Gauge Power/Ground WireKolossus Fleks Black 4/0 Gauge Power/Ground Wire - Merchandise

Of course there are the battery terminals, ring terminals, electrical tape and so on... but this should get everyone going... if you have questions PM me and I'll give you my number and email and we can figure out what you need that way.

Oh and as for the switches and the spod I made... if you need help with either building one yourself I'll be doing a complete "how-to" over the next 2 weeks or so. So stay tuned
