Default DIY Front Stubby Bumper

So i wanted a front bumper, but i wanted to keep the cost low. after shopping around for bumpers that fit my needs ( stubby, strong, some what light weight, able to have the winch between the frame rails and good looking) i ended up on three bumpers( evo 1/4 pounder, MBRP stubby and the rugged ridge modular XHD) . only problem was not one of them had all what i was looking for in a bumper. so in the end i decided to make my own. even though i ended up spending more then what i wanted to. i did end up with a bumper that fit my needs and a few extra tools to add to my little fab shop garage.

the bumper is made outta of 1/4'' carbon steel. 39" wide, 7" deep and about 8 1/2" tall. i didn't have access to a brake bender. so i cut all the pieces out and MIG welded them together. i want to keep the factory tow hooks because i liked the look that the expedition one stubby had. the d-ring mount are ORE.

tell me what ya think

I haven't figured out if I wanna use the stock fog light with a Diy mod that puts the lights in a case or just buy new light. Only problem with buying new lights is try to wire them to the existing fog lights switch and no have any electrical problems.
