Fender cut without adding plastic edge trim

Cut mine this week, but wanted some support and for it to be a little different. So my son and cut and rolled the edge underneath for perimeter support. Bought some used textured flares off Craigslist (in case I didn't like it), cut them and ended up painting them MOPAR black.

Thanks all! My 16 yr old son and I used a propane torch, and heated along the line we wanted to fold the plastic. Wear some gloves cause it gets pretty hot. As far as paint, we sanded the texture a bit, then lots of light coats; dry time; sanding and re-coat. They look good
