Thanks for the reply, I thought I remembered you posting prior you were now on 35's. I am trying to balance the look with the feasibility of 33's and am still toying between a 2" Synergy spring/Metalcloak component lift or Tera spring leveling kit like my daughters. Seeing the pic you posted makes me pretty comfortable going with the 2" lift.

33's and the 2-2.5" lift made me a happy camper. I've had this jeep for so long and been on so many different tires that I basically painted myself into a corner to where I 'needed' 35's. I'd go back to the 33 in a heartbeat though.

With that said.....I prefer full flares. I chopped mine so they wouldn't rub when I'm out on the trails (despite what the internet may think) and I honestly just haven't gotten around to putting my set of full flares back on for the road. I now contemplate doing it at all with the 35's needing the breathing room.

I've got a zillion pictures if you need more ideas/ inspiration or just want to run an idea past your daughter.

Awesome, thanks on the above info. If you get a chance to post a side shot with those 33's under that lift that would be a big . I don't really need more than the leveling kit but its hard to resist getting a bit more, Lol.

Not much on the new setup because I've just been driving it. I'll try to get it out.

Thanks for posting these up I really think it firms up my thoughts of going with the 2" lift & 33's over the leveling kit so time to start saving up. Your JK looks great and I love that color.

So you prefer the 33s over the 35s?

Thank you!

For a daily- yes. The 33's are actually very capable off-road without killing your on road comfort. You can still get the tires balanced at most places without question. The 35's are nice but they do pull away from the pleasure of driving sometimes. I'm sticking with 35's for a year before I decide if I'll keep them or try something different. I'm hoping they're more fun when I take it out on the rocks. Gas mileage also took a hit and I drive -a lot- so that's part of why I prefer the slightly smaller tire.
