Well I have been looking into running a single triangulated front and have only found one guy that has done it, i am wondering if this may be a bad idea, from my understanding it isnt a bad set up but I would assume its putting more stress on the mounts? Anyone have any more info? In the meantime I am just waiting a few days on parts so just tossing around some ideas.

If you are doing it to get rid of the track bar, you need to run full hydro(can't remember if you were or not).

Same thoughts here. Full hydraulic steering. Break a line or have engine trouble=no steering.

yeah i will be keeping assist for that reason. Dirt any chance you have a pic of your front frame side link brackets? I looked around and couldnt find any.

I should be able to figure it all out link wise, but the trackbar is where i need to get creative. Where my axle sits and where the trackbar goes is right where the steering box is located forward, and i would lose uptravel with this huge truss as the bracket hangs down damn near to it. I could go behind the axle but the upper link will be over there so i would have a short trackbar..

Yeah sorry. the front control arm frame mounts. Id also look at the trackbar frame side to if you had a picture. I should be able to figure it out, but any other ideas are a big help also. It might not be as bad as im thinking i just need to get my last brackets in so i can see a little better what im working with. You know how that goes im sure.

yeah ill have to do a 3 link also. The control arms are damn near exactly what i was picturing..a was also contemplating the frame brackets for my lowers then another one in front of those and higher up for the upper, but i would lose separation. that trackbar bracket fit nicely in there, but my truss hangs up so high i believe it will limit me.. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out though. When i get my trackbar bracket in I will have to see what i can work out.

Yes, that is one of the issues of trusses and tall brackets bridges like rear 3 links run into. Just going to a dana 60 front causes clearance issues over the dana 30 or 44.
