Default Magnacon build

So with roughly a week to Moab EJS 2014 I decided that my JKUR needed a change. Little back ground on the vehicle. It's a 2013 JKUR that I got in October of 2012. So after special ordering MY perfect Jeep (Auto trans, 4.10 gears, cloth interior, tow package).

I did what any normal Jeeper would do, I drove 3200 miles then sent it to get torn apart! So off it went to the boys over at Rebel Off Road

In 2 days I got it back and it looked liked this!

I then had a little fun with it.

I then drove it out to Moab for EJS 2013 and had a great time. But now it's time to step it up a level!

Now comes the fun part and why I am calling this Jeep the "MAGNACON". As of right now here is how it sits.

Here is where we are going. RK Sport carbon fiber hood

Full JCR Offroad armor

Doing a little measuring for the hood for another goodie that is going on the Jeep.

Stay tuned armor is at the powder coaters and the hood is with the painters. This one is going to go fast mostly because if it doesn't I wont make it to Moab. Time for some fun and a few late nights!

I don't usually like Jeeps as "Purdy" as yours, but I'm intrigued to see where this build goes...I'm subscribed!

It is on 37 inch Toyo Open Country M/T and a 3.5 inch Rock Krawler Max Travel kit. So far this set up has taken me through Moab, Rubicon and everything in between. I also drive this Jeep daily. No complaints here so far this set up works great.

Well it's not going to be the Beast, but then again what is. And yes my Jeep is Purdy! I drive this thing daily and quite honestly I want to have my cake and eat it too! Will it go the places that the Beast or some of the other crazy built crawlers go? Probably not. But it does look damn good in my opinion and goes through or over at least 80% of stuff out there. That makes me happy!

So my painter shot me a quick text with a photo of the hood and it looks awesome. Turns out there was a snag that set him back about 3 hours but he got it all straightened out. Odyssey batteries yes batteries are scheduled to be here Wednesday. Bumpers back from powder coat hopefully Wednesday too. Looks like I'm building this thing in 3 days! Oh boy
